A Little Bit About What We Do!

Emerald Flora has years of experience growing annuals and tender perennials for container gardens and landscapes. We custom grow plant material for cut gardens, landscapes, hanging basket combinations, and planters as well as grow in a specific color or type of container. Some varieties include those that are patented with names like Proven Winners, Flower Fields, and Simply Beautiful. Not all plant material is listed in our catalog. New varieties and types of plant material are always being trialed. Only those that excel become listed in our weekly availability.

The growing facility consists of a modern “open roof” style greenhouse. By control of computer, the roof completely opens exposing the plants to near outdoor growing conditions including full sun, wind, and early spring cold temperatures. We find that this growing environment better adapts the plants for their move to the real world.
